Like his predecessor, he found something that worked, then decided to pretend he was a football manager, and fucked it all up. This was before the end of last season, so the blame can't be laid at the door of those since departed. He either can't remember how, or, worse, pig-headedly refuses, to go back to what he did when he first arrived.
I imagine sociedad would want significant compensation though

Quite possibly put off by Moyes wage demands. If he becomes free after the next two games and perhaps his salary expectations are lowered then it may happen that's assuming we continue to struggle at Chelsea and home to the swans.
