Swansea have an amazing board and chairman, it's no coincidence that every manager for the last 5-6 years has smashed it, it's harder to fail.
Sherwood's much-lauded 'honesty' is actually him standing in front of the cameras every week and saying 'not me guv'. This is what pissed off the Spurs fans so much - no matter how foolish the strategic masterplan Sherwood sent them out with, he would always go to the press after the defeat and complain about the players not having enough 'desire' or 'grit' or whatever. His theme with us is more 'individual errors', but it's still not him.<snip>

That's a shocking thing to say for me. For me it's out tactics and organisation that have let us down so badly. We have a good squad of players and he should be getting far more out of them. Disappointing response from Sherwood, but true to form it seems.

He has no tactics, so all he can do is provide grit, passion etc. 'Big chests lads' management.

I thought Hutton was the right midfielder? Either way, yes it was a bit of a strange one.
