Quote from: mr underhill on October 07, 2015, 04:02:51 PMbut an effective manager doesn't have to be likeable; they have to be effective. Leicester's trajectory over 2015 as a whole ( i.e. the back end of last season and the start of this one) is an upward curve, thanks in no small part to Nigel. Is he a cnut? yes. Is he an effective cnut ? Most certainly. I wasn't suggesting his c***ery disqualified him as manager based on his abilities, just that that's the only sort of question I'd want to hear someone associated with B6 ask about him.I actually think it only worked for Leicester in the end because that was very much "his squad" that had largely been together for a few years. They'd have run through brick walls for him.I think if you parachuted him into our situation his passive aggressive approach to people and meat and potatoes approach to football would not be a happy experience for anyone, least of all us fans.

It is believed Idrissa Gana and Jordan Ayew were cumulative calls.
So I presume the author of that is one of Timmy's media mates who are now starting a campaign to try and protect his "reputation" that they have built up and passing the buck to the club. He didn't seem to be complaining when they were signing in the summer.
So we are running the club just like Liverpool but without the money.Guys with computers are now running football clubs owned by American's.
