Look at Jose Mourinho - sometimes he goes mental (running down the Old Trafford touchline), sometimes he just stands there looking almost bored. Pep used to go mad, now does nothing. I don't think Ancelotti has ever actually celebrated a goal in his life, even when he scored them. Fergie was pretty demonstrative. It doesn't really matter, like you say, but it can sometimes be endearing.
