Jane, always found that blokes who have a problem with women are the blokes who are always rejected by women,Its quite sad really.
That's a very generalised statement to make. I am sure this is not universal and Jack may well have his reasons even if not appropriate.

If the seemingly inevitable does happen, would the Club consider closing the Trinity Upper?

I doubt they'll stop selling the most expensive seats. We'll still be pulling in 30K+ a lot of the time.

I'm going to be quite lonely much of the time, aren't I?

not sure about that, rotherham or brentford on a tues night?

having said that i have never understood why for some of the less attractive games the club are happy to have 10k empty seats

We'll be around the 30K mark most weeks, more if we're near the top.

Yes. We'll still be the best supported club in the midlands.

True, thats why I said Ive always found,ie my experience, not a statement of fact.Sorry if Ive overreacted, but sexism really gets my goat.I thought that sort of talk went away in the 70s.

To be fair unless Jack has met every single woman in the world and they've all been in the away end for a Villa game his statement is based on a pretty big generalisation.

Jack has previous for similar nonsense under other usernames and will not be joining us again in this guise.

Its fun if you're a tourist just passing through for a season. If you have to live there then the novelty wears off.

The away games would be more attractive as days out. As an away scheme member there are a good number of away fixtures in the 19 that are a bit meh.

The Manchester games, Arsenal, Chelsea etc. Taking 5000 to Wednesday, Fulham and Forrest would, league notwithstanding, be a lot more enjoyable than paying forty quid to travel to Carrow Road.

In that regard I think we will see a lot more aggro of the kind we have seen at Newcastle in recent years or perhaps best typified by Millwall on Friday night where local simpletons wanted to have a pop at the big club, as the Met put it.

I think we will go straight back up. The quality of our squad now is mils better than Boros or Derby's. I don't buy the garbage that we will drop through the leagues when we will be as rich as croesus to 20 odd of the  other sides. So with that in mind,  I think we would be bladdering tin pot outfits, with bigood away support revelling in a bit of the "we will do what we want attitude", which will create friction.

At the end of the day, it is what it is. The beer will still be wet I suppose.

not sure about 5k for weds and forest, leeds have the highest away following by far and had 2.5k at wednesday and 1.9k at forest.

we could theoretically take 5k but what we get allocated is another question
