Losing 5-0? No problem. Been there, done that. Not nice, but it happens. But what I can't stand is what is now happening with the reporting of the club and our games. I had listened to the match on Talksport, with 50% of the commentary team professing to be a Villa fan, and it was one long piss take as to how bad this side are. We're a national laughing stock - and still those with the power to hire and fire can't or won't do something about it.
I guess I'm all for Lambert going but I'm dead scared in who the fool at the top would bring in.
I remember there was a spell of a few years, in the MON era, where Bolton Wanderers came here any played a high defensive line every time, and every time, our pace up front meant we demolished them without even breaking sweat. That's pretty much what we did today. The bad bit, I mean, the Bolton bit, obviously
'I am looking for anybody who can improve the side', sounds pretty desperate. Also it doesn't matter if you're 'in a game for 65 minutes'. A football match is 90 minutes and we just don't score or win any games.

Why doesn't he ever go for a Pochettino or Koeman. No real football knowledge of the game in the millennium?

What did you think of the performance and result?Yes, agree, could you tell us please what you thought of our performance? Then I can pick on you and hound you for the next 'x' posts as you do me....always

where to from here ?We can all hurl insults and barbs at what has to be the mot clueless manager we have ever had, and by golly I have seen some fucking useless ones.Through either stubbornness or stupidity Management seem to be intent on backing him.Mass fan demonstrations seem out of favour, he needs help in the short term and sacking in the medium. Is there no voice that can talk to the club about bringing in some help, We are on an express train to relegation with this twat in charge.Who has the credibility to talk to the club and have positive discussions to suggest change.your thoughts please.
