He finally pushes us up and playing a high pressing game. Away at Arsenal. Staggering. If ever there was a time to be organised and play on the counter, this was it.

He really doesn't have a clue.

Carragher nailed there with the analysis on Sky there. Tactics couldn't have been more wrong.

Did he say Lambert's so thick he'd struggle to beat a woodlouse at Scrabble?

I honestly think he's as thick as pig muck.  Weren't we told we were getting a master tactician, who'd learned from his time in Germany and from doing his coaching badges there?

Sanchez - that was one of the most inept performances from a professional footballer I've ever witnessed. Completely out of his depth.

Lambert - I never thought I'd see the day where we had a manager worse than Billy McNeil. Today's selection, formation & tactics couldn't have been better suited in favour of the opponents if he tried. To compound this, his inability to see the changes needed, let alone make them, shows how out of his depth he is.

Lambert should have been sacked the morning after we lost to Bradford. The fact that he remains in place, two years later, to set record after record for incompetence is shameful & an embarrassment.

Lowest goals scored in all 4 divisions - Villa 11. Next lowest - Albion 20. From 23 games.

And the thing is I was more worried about our defence than going forward at the start of the season

From the unintelligible and repetitive things he mumbles, to his brainless tactics, stupid substitutions, inexplicable team selections, and fanciful 'new styles' of play, he's as thick as a pocketful of turnips.

Which I agree with. Lerner needs to sell for him to stop employing the all the naff managers he's employed.

This feels like being trapped in a submarine with no hope of rescue and the air running out fast.
Call International rescue Lerner and "flip that fucking coin".

Depressing but very predictable.

Only positive was that Arsenal played like it was a testimonial game. Chelsea may not be so kind.

He basically set up and out of form non goal scoring side to out pass a confident Arsenal team at the Emirates ...

2nd half you could see us struggling yet he sits on his fucking hands and does fuck all with his subs until it's too late. Also once again the fullbacks being pushed to be width left us woefully exposed.
I like Sanchez but he was badly struggling yet he kept him on ..exactly what was he doing to stay on.

The Bournmouth game means nothing ,this team is destroyed of confidence. The defence who had looked good now with the team not scoring are under so much pressure to not concede and they are crumbling under that.

God knows why Delph decided to stay ..then again if we go down sure he will be off then
