I would honestly drop Benteke and play Weimann in the centre next week. Lazy waste of space today.

I wonder if Lambert will reckon we were excellent or outstanding today?

The crowd need to spend 90 minutes chanting vociferously for his removal. For the sake of a couple of games, it is worth it, the message has to get through somehow.

Just when you think Lamberk can't make us look any worse he somehow manages it.

Now to be fair, that does require an exceptional talent.

It'll be something like what McLeish said when he was in charge at the Sty and we battered the Noses 5-1, i.e. they're in a different league to us and we can't hope to compete.

I bet you're right. And sadly, he will be, too.

It has to be said, considering their team are 4-0 up, the Emirates is fucking silent.

They are as bored as us but for different reasons

Okore's been really poor today. Attacked the ball when he should have dropped-off and dropped-of when he's needed to step out. I realise it's all part of a learning curve, but we can't get Vlaar and Senderos fit and in the team quick enough for me.

true  but you would think a team with 11 goals in 23 games would be bottom normally
12 points from 19 games is relegation form, no question.  Regardless of what the rest are doing.
