Given the fact he was one of the better US players in the Ryder cup I think his credentials spoke for themselves long before this victory.

Watched a bit of the LPGA Swinging Skirts 1st round yesterday - but had to turn it off after it became (like many other LPGA tournaments) the Michelle Wie show.

She finished T82 but Golf Channel made sure they showed her on every hole. The fucking female Tiger Woods. Argh!!!!!

Looks like Michelle Wie is gonna miss the cut at the Swinging Skirts. I hope that Golf Channel and the LPGA can find someone amongst the 70 or so who finished better than that OVER-HYPED BINT to feature in rounds 3 and 4

Swinging Skirts is a Taiwanese Foundation set up by their PGA/LPGA (??) to promote golf - the "skirts" bit AFAIK refers to kilts. If anyone on here speaks Thai can they translate this for us? It's the "About" bit from their web page.

球隊成軍發想於隊友的建議。有鑑於一般女性球友打球時，從頭到腳全都包起來，寬邊帽、頭巾、太陽眼鏡、口罩、圍巾、長袖上衣（有時再加上一件袖套）、長褲，下場打球簡直是全副武裝備戰，若跟新朋友打球，一場球四個小時回來，還不知道自己剛剛到底是跟誰打球了。突破以往<白即是美>的觀念，黃金古銅般的小麥色，那種展現健康、活力的神采，才是我們Golfer追求的理想。
