Would a forwards coach get anymore out of Gabby, Weimann and N'Zogbia? Its no good having a coach come in and introducing runs for players to make, if they lack the inteligence to do it in the first place.
We are crying out for a fcuking coach. Can no one at the club see this?

You're Paul Lambert and I claim my £5. You obviously have little faith in coaching, Ads, if you're going to knock out tiresome cliches like that. A coach apart from helping improve the players would also advise the manager as to the limits of the players ability to the manager's preferred system. In fact, the list of benefits a good coach could bring to the team are almost endless. Sadly, English football gives far too much importance to 'personalities' than actual ability which is hardly surprising given the nature and opinion makers in the media.
Peter Taylor is on the wireless now. Always thought he has a good view of coaching. Someone like him would do us well.
I am still pulling the strings behind the scenes.#facepalm larf
