Thing is, we all moan like hell, including me, but there wasn't much protesting today. i left in added on time and there was some quiet chants of Lamber out, but other than that, nothing.Maybe the apathy has overcome us all, but judging by comments on here, we all care, alot
I will repeat what I said in the match thread. The problem with this defeat is that we will have the worst of all worlds as a result. We lose another game.We play sufficiently averagely to present absolutely no threat to the manager being sacked. He will say we were excellent, the press won't challenge it and on we go again.
In his interview with Pat Murphy, who sounded like he felt sorry for the twit, Lambert had the cheek to mumble something about how much Liverpool's team was worth. The excuses will continue to come, make no bones about it.
Lambert has no credibility. His words mean nothing.
