0-2 loss, we muster our first shot on goal on 5 minutes and our second after 89.

There is more chance of us scoring against a team which is under pressure to take all 3 points and put on a show in the process than a side which is happy to sit back.  Liverpool still fit that bill despite their form this season and their defence is suspect. I reckon both teams will score and although I expect we will lose, at least we won't be bored stupid again.

Clattenburg is the ref.

I reckon it will be a Desmond draw. No doubt including a Stevie Me penalty.

I'd play Gil on the other side (he can play either flank apparantely) and play Grealish on the other.

I'd play Gil on the other side (he can play either flank apparently) and play Grealish on the other.

Yeah sounds good either way.

Villa 3 - Liverpool 0

Gill (3)

Westwood sent off

Villa charged with not controlling their players.

I probably wouldn't play England's Fabian Delph. I don't really want him here any more, would love to see him fuck off to Liverpool for7-8m now. Richardson in his place

Is "The Mo" the new name for Villa Park now that Birmingham is 100% Muslim ?

I doubt very much that either will start and I suspect that Jack won't even be on the bench.

Imagine what a good manager would do with that team? Alot better than the current cretin, no doubt.

Anyway, 2-0 Villa.
