BRIGADA 1874 open invite :

"As with the Leyton Orient game in the League Cup and the game against Blackpool in the FA Cup, Brigada 1874 will be moving to L7 for the FA Cup 4th round match against Bournemouth.

This gives the group a chance to stand together as a block and also for other supporters to come over and get involved. Thanks to those who joined us against Blackpool in the 3rd round.

In the last match in L7 against Blackpool, we had a block of 40-50 people who sang for 90 minutes and didn’t waver in their support of the team; this had a good impact on what was otherwise a pretty turgid atmosphere.

These matches give us a good example of how the group can grow given our own section in the ground and it’s good to see other fans wanting to get involved and throw their full backing behind the team. it also makes going to the game more much more enjoyable regardless of what is happening on the pitch.

Anyone wanting to move to L7 please book tickets on rows EE backwards on the left side of the block.

Brigada 1874"

UTV KTF SOTC

The more the merrier !

You were superb against Blackpool.  Pity you couldn't generate that atmosphere every home game.

If we were to have our own section, in an area such as the front of L7 then we'd be that loud every game, the reality is that at present, due to seats being withheld from sale in L8 we are scattered across L8 with others unable to join us. Ideally we would like this situation resolved in time for the start of the 2015/16 season so we can really start to improve the atmosphere at Villa Park.

I wish they would drop the 'SOTC' thing. Lets leave that kind of obsessive nonsense to that lot from Small Heath.

Apparently they've run out of jester hats, but there are still plenty of red and black curly wigs and a good line on ****** identifiers available, or as some like to call them, half and half scarves.

Agreed. In an ideal World we wouldn't even sing about them unless we play them.

Can't see there being an easy route through to the final this year.  There will probably be 12 or 13 prem teams in the last 16 including possibly the top 9. It's our year!

I don't think I'll give up the day job and take up gambling! Top 9? That's 5 out, 1 drew with a league 2 club and 3 yet to play.

I used up all my luck on the football last week. I had five roll ups and copped on two of them. This week in the cup I got 1 out of 5 on one and 2 out of 5 on another. Championship 1 right out of 4, League One 2 out of 5 and League Two 3 out of 7. That is 9 out of 26. As I posted on the Other Games thread I would have been better off with a blindfold and a pin.

Here's a question.

How many would you be prepared to see us lose by if it was guaranteed to see the end of Lambo?

2-0? 3-0? 4-0?

Personally, I'd go to 5.

Anyone who thinks that can fuck off to Small Heath.
