1972  Villa 2 Bournemouth 1  Vowden and Andy Lochhead(in the air) in front of 48000 in the third division!!!

Its on You Tube. Watch and understand what the word atmosphere means.

Lambert should make sure our lot watch this. They might be inspired.

Ahhhhh, I was there  :)

Chelsea vs Millwall/Bradford will definitely be on TV.

If its Millwall  Chelsea will have to recall Ron Harris and Mickey Droy to make sure  they get through.

The Holte end was electric that day, I was 15 at the time and felt so excited after that match, I knew Villa were on their way back to the top, wipes away a tear.

I was 17 and "on it" as my lad would say.
Great days!

I'd take the same result now, thanks very much.

I sincerely hope all that laughing at the noses expense a few months ago doesn't bite us on the arse.

I actually think it'll be a great game. One that we can win. Hopefully.

nice use of lower case PWS!

I always do with them. Childish and yet satisfying.

We are into the 5th round hat In my view.
Bournemouth will come to attack which as we know is perfect for us.
2-0 home win.

This has to be one of the most likely upsets in a while

It will probably suit us to play against a team that likes to attack

One thing's for sure, we need to find some attacking form before the end of January. The only real positives I would take are that it's a comparatively kind draw (no Sky Five, no Noses, no West Brazil) and even though it would be a 'giantkilling' should Bournemouth win, in a few months they'll be a Premier League side so it's not as if it's another Bradford.

Got a strong Bournemouth-supporting contingent in my family so this has gotten them all excited about coming up for it, good draw for us!
