So nearly the perfect footballer- obviously the mental health issues which were probably always there stopped him from achieving everything in the game. When he was at Villa I would have played him in the Number 10 role behind the front two as he had the balance, acceleration, stamina and strength plus it would have taken the pressure off of being the main goalscorer.

He's using his current position and subsequent publicity to do a lot of good work for depression.  He deserves some credit for that.
