I apologise Pat McMahohon, you were being positive. From your name I am sure we have seen good times, and bad times. Sorry I read your comment wrong

As every year, I reckon we'll win. Won't stop me dreading looking for the result when I get up in the morning though.

Just watching Football Today, Phil Neville said at Manure they always looked at the fixtures to see when they were playing Aston Villa-the pitch was always perfect and we knew we'd win!!!!!

Please Villa beat these arse holes!!!!

Just read on BBC that Man U's unbeaten run at Villa Park is the longest in top flight history. That goes back to 1888 fer God's sake.

Lambert likes breaking club records. I sure hope he breaks this one tomorrow.

And is that Lamberts fault ?

No. There are one or Two other stats on there which he has contributed too mind.

Always a shock in the league the weekend before Christmas.

I'm going for a holte end goal and a brave defeat

A draw is as good as it gets..as long as Lambert does not rake up the classic McL quote..'a draw against a team of this calibre is a win in my book'.

I will watch optimistically, as always, in a corner of a foreign field.. I remember in late 60's Georgie Best buying rounds in The Holte rather than turn out for the game..different times..can't remember the result that time. They had a lookalike on the pitch for them and he eventually came to us; Willie Anderson?. I wonder if we will see any potential January discards today?

I find them even more annoying at the moment as 50% of their side is utter dog shit, yet they've spawned their way to results they had no right to win. Any other club last week would have been beaten by Liverpool, yet Sterling rounds the keeper and some how still misses.

I could take it previously, when they were the best side in the country, but this current lot are a bunch of chancers. Johnny Evans at the back? Ashley bird shit eating Young at wing back?! Fuck off.

Positivity Villa. Make the pitch as small as possible and press the life out of the vile brand FC. The hopes of football in this country rest on these twats finishing 5th or lower. So let's do what Arsenal, Southampton and Liverpool should have and beat them. They've got it coming.

And if somebody could kick that granny fucking ring piece as well, then that would be great.

That's a good point Ads. I'm not sure what makes me feel more nauseous, the annual capitulation on the pitch, or watching their scummy fans being allowed to take the piss by jumping over the barriers on the touch line when they score.

What like Tom Cleverley? He's not allowed to play and is banned.
