Not seen it confirmed yet but it is an odd one. I wonder what the thinking is? Why wouldn't we wait till the transfer window is open? Unless there's a view these guys are disruptive malcontents?

I thought Lowton did ok of late and were not far away from having to ask him or Hutton to play centre back

Is Wigan any closer to Sheffield?

More of Lambores signings being pushed out. Pissed the cash up the wall. I assume Bacuna will play fullback if Hutton gets injured or suspended now?

Probably, but Bacuna seems to have fallen out of favour this season. I thought he was one of the better signings last year, chipped in a decent contribution of goals too.

Until someone mentioned him recently I'd forgotten Bacuna played for us. While accepting width remains an alien concept to us, I'd try him on the right of a four-man midfield with Richardson left.

That would involve us abandoning the innovative 6-4-0 formation though.

Strange.
What the f**k is going on at VP?

Surely more than just reducing the wage bill...

We need to make some extra revenue somehow to make up for all the empty seats. If we can bring in a few pennies from short term loans, no doubts Lerner will be over the moon. Who cares about injuries, suspensions and already having a poor thin squad.

OS still listing Carruthers in the squad is laughable.

Can we send Lambert out on loan?

Preferably to Small Heath?

Only if it is with a view to a permanent deal.

Maybe if we could agree we have no right to recall before, say, 2025?
