It's a bit rich for you to be accusing others of distasteful forum etiquette, considering you were temporarily banned for racist posts on another forum, were you not?

What a wanker.

Aha! All becomes clear.
If true a wanker indeed....

All these people joining in with the official forum line about the silence (belittling it) should be ashamed of themselves. I had heard from other forums that H&V was full of people who just followed their leader. Now it has been confirmed. Most of the forum are good people but a small bunch sit there waiting to pounce on people, even if they agree with them. A dreadful collection of folk occupy the group of stooges and let down the majority of decent people on this forum.

Your post is highly amusing. Haven't you come from a forum who's so called 'leader' put people into their own little trolls group when they disagreed with him?

Let's get back to the west ham game . Expectations are so low for Tomorrow we may spring a surprise ? Highly unlikely I know . What do I really want to see other than 3 or 1 point(s).
Passion , determination, organisation, blood sweat and tears.
If we have all of that and still lose so be it.
If we get rolled over softly again it will be disgraceful.

Our losing streak WILL end some time and it may as well be tomorrow. Sod it - 1-1. Andi for us, who cares for them.

I think a few people expected us to get something out of QPR and a poor Spurs side but we didn't. Not many are expecting us to get anything tomorrow so who knows? If we can play anywhere near like we did last week then a draw is possible. Throw in a QPR performance and we'll deserve whatever we get.

Some of us like to pay our respects.

And I will do so on Sunday and again on the 11th.

I would never use the phrase "poppy fascism" in any serious sense but it does seem that everyone these days has to be seen to be doing something for fear of being branded somehow unloyal or uncaring.

A very good response there. I can see what you are saying.

Why do football clubs feel the need to mark the occasion when we pay our respects on the 11th and Remembrance Sunday anyway? If a match falls on either day fair enough, but if it doesn't then we should just play the game. The cynic in me just thinks it's a PR style ticking of the box stunt.

Welcome to stooge no.1.

Bloody hell SH, have you EVER been referred to as a Woodhall stooge before?

At a previous place of employment we would watch out for the first senior manager to "set the tone" by donning a poppy.
October 19th was the record.
