• He put a lot work in defensively and he provided one great cross for Benteke fairly early on. Did some good sumo wrestling in their box from corners and free kicks too.   
  
  Too often when he gets the ball in an attacking position he seems to be looking to fall over.

  I genuinely don't think he has a clue where he is playing. And he neither scores or creates, so frankly is a waste of space in that role. Please god can we sign 2 more forwards this January with the movement and invention of 20 minutes of Gil!

  Can anyone think back over the last two years home games he's been great in?
  
  At least away from home he puts in excellent performances now and again like Arsenal,Liverpool and Southampton last season although this season very little away from home apart from Liverpool again.
