Brilliant managers, secretaries and villa luminaries are different from the romantic story of the beginnings of the club. Their achievements are a matter of record and I agree should be celebrated.

For that reason they should be separated. Maybe something that incorporates 3 lists for three centuries of achievement.

I want the lamp and some recognition of the beginning as well!

Slight tangent but I've always thought Rinder deserves more recognition than he gets.

I'd have him as the all-time number two behind Ramsay.

I didn't realise till now that Ramsay won more FA Cups than any other manager and is second only to Ferguson in terms of league titles. Good trivia question for "new" football fans of other clubs.
