Afternoon all! Just whizzed back from dropping my daughter and boyfriend at Avignon station to get the Eurostar home to where we are staying near Aix. H and V straight on and quite pleased it is 0-0 so far....

We should be in front. But for Gabby, we would be.

So I gather Stu. Anyway, all armed for the second half with H and V on the laptop, BBC live reporting on the ipad and Talkshite on (you can't BBC live football as it is blocked)!

At the very least we're better defensively. We're not going to be much excitement until we are taken over, but we might not go down if we keep this defending work.

Or at least when our new Columbian international plays and ultimately when one of the best young forwards in Europe returns from injury

Very true. The Columbian international will be good defensively more than offensively, though, and Benteke on his own can't suddenly give the team a coherent attacking style. It's okay so far though (we will now lose this match).

I just saw the goals from the Albion match.

Two things. One, what a belter from that thug Cattermole.

Two, what the fuck is going on with the stripeys' kit? Not stripey.

Isn't it the same kit manufacturer as Southampton that stole all their stripes?

I think Sanchez will allow Delph to go forward which he is quite good at. Bent is the key for me if he can be arsed.
