An oldie but worth watching.

I love this, the absolute reward for endeavour.

I remember another day a couple of weeks ago that was supposed to be all about Steven Gerrard.

That ended well for him didn't it?

Funnily enough we were. Although his final battle with Manchester United was also massively hyped and also ended well for him didn't it?

A terrible 0-0 with little or no goalmouth action or incidents will still be the main match on MOTD with his substitution in the final minute being analysed and shown from several camera angles.

Personally I hope he creates a personal milestone for himself. And beats 38 seconds.

An own goal and a sending off please , for the puke-inducing "boy from Huyton".  Puke.

What odds on a really dodgy penalty in front of the Kop so as Slippy can score?

Which he misses but is ordered to be retaken. And he misses and that is then ordered to be retaken etc

In fairness, it's not so much him, it's the media portrayal of him. Alvin Martin saying that this morning is a classic example.

Glad our game provided some interest in the PL today. No goals anywhere after 20 min which suits me just fine.
