Pearson never takes Murphy on,
he is on the defensive the whole time, he knows Murphy is more experienced, educated and clever than him, he is the classic bully, only goes for the weakest

its good to see Pat Murphy sticking up for the young reporter, I presume he went there with that intention

I love how the press officer tried more than once to get "Chris" (presumably another journalist) to ask a question to change the subject and "Chris" kept schtum  :)

I think Pearson's a decent manager in fairness. The stripeyfilth were a tad bit hasty getting rid of him when he was there. He made way for Tony Mowbray if memory serves me right and what a fine idea that was.

His record in charge,as the caretaker manager, was won three, drew one!  Not bad at all.

Just as well they sacked the bugger in that case, we can't be having that sort of stats at the Yawnthorns.

He got a good telling off from Pat Murphy today.

God Pat Murphy is an insufferable twat. He managed the unthinkable, made me think better of Pearson. That takes some doing.

Terribly sad news for Rio Ferdinand. Once again, puts football into perspective. Thoughts are with him.

Yes indeed, no wonder his mind seems to have been elsewhere this season. That is very sad, and with such young children too. Doesn't bear thinking about.

Very sad about Ferdinands wife, I'd not heard that she was ill. Poor kiddies.

We obviously played Leicester at a better time. They are the form team now.

Fuck me, Newcastle are absolutely shite. As horrendous a piece of defending of a set piece you'll see in a while.

I can only imagine Lambert is taking over at Newcastle and is pulling the strings behind the scenes
