Short term Pulis finds ways to play to the strengths of the players that he has available to him. He is doing it with Albion and he did it at Palace. Long term Albion fans probably know what's coming though as he buys specific players to play to a specific style with the objective of mid table security.

Give him credit, the man knows how to win home games in the league and cup.

With him as manager I'd actually be pretty confident we could get back to winning 10 home games a season which is a pipe dream these days.

Stoke have lost Munisea now to injury....they are really short of defenders with Huth loaned out, Shawcross injured and Cameron red card.

We really need to be beating them next weekend.

Stoke are losing 4-1 to Blackburn and have an injury list as long as we could wish for. We couldn't be playing them at a better time.

Blackburn 4-1 Stoke. So the first 2 teams into the QF are the Bitters and Blackburn. I'll take that.

Warnock has been sent off for Derby.

Ah the magic of the cup. 5th round and Blackburn have 14K, Derby 21K, and Albion haven't even announced how low their attendance was.
