How the hell are Southampton doing extremely well when they lost most of their so called best players?
They spent their money extremely sensibly.
Positive manager ?

I wouldn't call spending £12m on Shane Long spending money sensibly.

£11m for Tadic looks fantastic business though.

I love the fact that they are all saying it shouldn't matter as it was handball.
Law 18 states: "Violent conduct is allowed if it occurred immediately  following another possible offence".

I thought everyone knew that.

The longer Newcastle keep Twatface then the more chance they'll go. I hope they don't sack him.
<deleted accusation that could easily see the site sued> That's the rumour that keeps going around .

1-0 to Stoke. If Newcastle lose, how much longer will Pardew last, given that he has a contract that lasts for about six more years?

I don't think Mike Ashley is a mug, I think Pardew's on a non-standard contract with a low basic wage (so cheap to pay off) and loaded with performance related bonuses or possibly there is a clause limiting the pay off.

Pardew in! He deserves a new 10 year contract.

Cabella looks one of the worst big money signings of the summer to me, show pony garbage.

Personally I think he should be the next Man Utd manager as Admiral Ackbar doesn't look any better than Moyes.

From the BBC text report:

Quote
67 mins - And that's why Stephen Ireland is not starting league games for Stoke! The former Manchester City player spoons a glorious chance over the bar from 15 yards following another delightful move started stated by the impressive Victor Moses.

Still can't quite believe someone took him.
