Dean Scogins from The Sun, "I once asked Gerard Houllier about Baker. He takes good throws" was his glowing praise

Well then he can have a career as a throw in coach, that's another thing our team needs.

I'm making Man City favourites for this now.
Next season we will fight Burnley, Hull, Albion and West Ham for relegation.

Guzan - certainly no bosnich when he went in 'properly' vs our soon to be manager ;-)

Guzan (groggy): Where am I?
Physio: You're on the pitch, playing for Aston Villa Football Club.
Guzan: Oh fuck.

I have a double on today - Spurs to win 3-1 and Liverpool to win 3-1

Liverpool are now at 2-1.

I can see where this bet is going to die.

£2 at 120/1, too.

Fulham 1-1. They might just drag us back into it.

Drag us back in what?

Guzan and Delph aside  I couldn't care less if I ever see any of this lot in a Villa shirt ever again.

Keep Delph, Vlaar, Guzan, Bentekke, Weimann, Westwood. Bertrand will leg it back to Cobham asap. The rest can fuck off as far as I'm concerned

Season over and thank god for that. At least I know with certainty that we won't make a game of the last part of today's match. We saw Palace fight back from 3 down during the week, but this Villa team does not have the guts or commitment to give it a go. Nor the talent. Nor the Manager. Nor the motivation.
They don't seem to have any of the qualities required to compete at this level. It's just sad for us lot.

We are so broken, nothing but a wholesale clear out would do. This lot would challenge the lowest points total in the league if kept together. Utterly desperate state of affairs.
