Looks like a lot of people are up for it today. I reckon the fans are going to play their part. My worry is a crap team is a crap team with or without the the crowd's backing.

If you haven't already, get yourself a ticket. At least if you are there you can feel like you are contributing. Not going will be ten times worse on the nerves.

The Hull fans in the pub are convinced we will batter them.

Dunno what you lot have taken but I have some pencils. Underpants on head. Baldrick in charge of team is my bigger worry.

Feeling calm. I think I've been taken over by an age-related sense of what will be, will be. No doubt that something will occur by 3.05 to re-inflame the ire.
I've been proved a tad over-confident in my predictions of late, including a snobbery-based one for the game at theirs earlier. So I'll adopt a pragmatic viewpoint for once, and say we'll get the point that'll (probably/hopefully) suffice.
That said, if I'd logged on early enough to vote in the poll, I'd have gone for the first option. Of course we're gonna smash 'em.

Typical, biggest game in years what sounds like everyone up for it and I've got the galloping trots and my son hasnt recovered from his accident head butting a car on the way home from school on Thursday, so match thread and a dodgy stream for me.

Sorry to hear that. I will do your shouting for you.

People are up for this alright. There are cars driving past the pub tooting horns at anyone in Villa garb.

I think the atmosphere might be a good un today.

Great news re the size of the crowd. What a club we could be with the right direction and leadership.
Gabby saved us at Norwich last season hopefully some individual can do likewise today. Have a bad feeling about the game I must say as it draws closer, if Baker or Weimann are on the team sheet that will increase ...
Finally hope all forumites going to the game get home safely, think it has the potential to be a very hairy night in Birmingham
