I bought my first packet of Panini World Cup stickers since I was a child today and the very first sticker was Christian Benteke. If that doesn't prove we will win tomorrow then I don't know what will.

To be honest I've got to the stage now where, although Gabby has had a largely shit season (sadly having started it reasonably well) if he does what he's done many times in the past, and comes up with another of his important goals on Saturday, I'll give him a nice big tick on his report card.
If there's one fella you'd fancy to drag us over the line its Gabbaldinho. I just want to see him attack the game like he did at the Emirates in August, or Norwich away last season. If he does that, Hull won't be able to handle him.

Come on Gabby!!

I don't think we'll lose this game. We're gonna want this more than Hull. We'll get at least a point I think, which'll be enough.

Can't believe 3 years on and here we are again. Still, anything is worth a try to bring us luck, fire us up etc.

Think this will be 0-0 or 1-1.

Can't see Fulham winning at Stoke so we should be safe by the final whistle thankfully.

I'm sure I read somewhere Sidwell is doubtful for them, who I think is their top scorer.

Late fitness test for Sidwell according to The Physio Room.

we are worrying about Sidwell being fit

how times have changed

About 3,000 tickets left, should be a 40k+ attendance.

I have no idea why that interview is clueless. It seems quite reasonable to me.

Bruce saying he'd settle for a draw. So would I. Should be enough I reckon

Having said that, in terms of Fulham catching us, whether we get one or no more points this season doesn't actually make any difference. I think they're the most likely compared to Cardiff and Norwich

Steve Bruce has an insanely good record as manager at VP, think it's something like 1 defeat in 8 for some of the rabble he's managed.

I remember a few seasons back right at the end of the season we needed a win to get 5th against Wigan and they came to VP and comfortably won 2-0.

Given how inept Lambert has been over the last few months, I wouldn't put it past him to find a way to lose this game when even the opposition manager is happy with a point!

I've never needed to hear one of his interviews to realise that

This 'I'll settle for the draw' is nonsense. Bruce is a football man like any other - he's had miserable days and has the opportunity to dish one out tomorrow.
