I don't want him sacked until after next week so everyone can let him know what we think of him.

By the way, I spoke to somebody who knows Nathan Baker. He was told that he'd never make it as a footballer when he was younger.

Not that it's going to help exactly, but what are the permutations which will allow us to stay up without getting another point?

Everyone below us loses or draws every match.

Lerner should've sold-up in 2010. A complete waste of 4 years since. Can't stand him - never a word to the fans in 8 years.

It is really difficult to know where to start in fully describing the shambles this club has become.

Honestly, from top to bottom, the club is a fucking mess and all of them want fucking shooting.

The stay-away half arsed chairman who can't string two coherent sentences together with his "tell you what I am going to do in the summer" bullshit, the utter moron.

The shiny faced twelve year old CEO who is great at running restaurants and charities but absolutely out of his depth running a football club.

The denialist, mumbling wreck of a football relic we have in charge of the team who has managed to make McLeish look decent by comparison.

The collection of players who look like they should be in the Championship - at best - in most cases, and in others like they've never played the game before. This group of "young and hungry" players, the likes of the clueless Baker, the half arsed Weimann with his three goals all season and accompanying undropability, the ones who just don't look particularly arsed.

Or how about the ones who have spent the season playing keepy uppies with schoolchildren because their high wages mean they can't be trusted with the proper squad?

Then take a look at some of the shit that has gone on.

Coaches suspended for bullying.

Coaches who, apparently, had made training sessions a misery and had been actively training the players to play long ball tactics. What the fuck was Lambert doing while that was going on?

Who is the manager here at the moment? Is it Lambert? For how long? is he actually working his notice? Is the chairman going to sack him? Is the chairman going to actually be the chairman this time next week, let alone this time next year?

Sometimes a club will start behaving as if it has decided it is going to get relegated, and not let anything stop it. A few years ago that was Newcastle. This season, we are starting to look like that Newcastle side.

The difference is, Newcastle went down and kept all their better players. We are going to go down and find ourselves with a squad full of fucking dross which has no hope of getting automatic promotion.

Shame on the witlessly stupid, and the wilfully negligent morons who have brought us to this situation.

I wouldn't piss on any of them if they were on fire.

This post deserves its own sticky.  I am now embarking on a standing ovation.
Im about to sit in a quiet corner and weep

Based on results, tactics, playing style and commitment this team should be relegated.

The ironic thing is we may have timed our relegation run slightly too late.  We're trying fucking hard to get ourselves relegated though and we may still just make it.

Makes no odds who is in charge, the squad is simply not good enough, silk purses and sow's ears. Next week is massive.

How can a team that played Chelsea to perfection and earned, fucking well EARNED, a great win turn like this?  I really cannot get my head around it

Not that it's going to help exactly, but what are the permutations which will allow us to stay up without getting another point?

So, desperate times means desperately relying on others as we are obviously incapable of winning a fucking game. So as it stands, for us to drop 2 of these clubs need to do the following (i'm pretty sure i've worked this out right) based on us getting 0 points from the last 3:

Fulham: Must beat Stoke (a) and Palace (h) anything less than 6 points and they can't catch us.

Norwich: 4 points from Manure (a) Chavski (a) Arsenal (h)

Cardiff: 6 points from Sunderland & Newcastle (a) Chavski (h)

Sunderland: 6 points (maybe 7 depending on GD) from Cardiff (h) Manure (a) Bitters (h) Swansea (h)

Works for me. I have the idea in my head that if Cardiff lose tomorrow and next week as well as losses for Sunderland and Fulham next week, we're okay come what may. Is that right?

We are the poorest side in the prem now and if we do go down Lambert and Lerner will never be forgiven.
I gave up on Villa and watched the Fulham game, god help us next week the way Fulham got pummelled the second half. Agree about Baker a walking disaster. We will not get another point so relying on the ones below us to lose.

I've said it many times now - this is the worst Villa team I've ever seen in my life.

Indeed, that's been obvious for a long time

I know Richard, you've known for ages, we get it.

He hasn't. This is all a bad dream and in reality Baker pushes a trolley around delivering newspapers, badly.
