I know it's only Twitter but it's better to find out now if it's true.

So I sincerely hope this is wrong, but @Matt5cott seems a credible source of info and the author of thoughtful articles.

I've no idea Edvard, just sharing what's out there to save others doing the spade work. BBC's Pat Murohy has just given his take on it all in last hour  on Twitter, giving Tone benefit of the doubt & makes that same point, also saying in limbo due to more caution from PL & FL over new owners due to poor previous decisions, that it could be as long as a couple of weeks. Reckons RDM would commit & his lawyers looking over contract but also discussions over a back up.

No idea who knows what, just summarising the last hour on Twitter that I looked at having read the above...

Well Pat Murphy was tweeting half an hour ago about it all being still on and the the league and prem have had all the financial info for five days but could be another two weeks. Discussions still ongoing with RDM but he's interested.

It'd be another great achievement for Randy's legacy if he turned out to have been thoroughly taken in by someone who even those operating football's fit and proper test managed to spot was dodgy.

It wouldn't just be Randy who has been taken. It would be a lot of senior professionals who are meant to be skilled at negotiating these deals for living and scrutinising balance sheets establishing the legitimacy of large transactions.
