There appears to be legs in this one. I found nothing in Tennessee where 36 Venture are registered or Delaware where a holding company may wish to domicile for tax purposes, but....

No, it's all a scam. Lerner and Hollis are stringing us along to sell season tickets and plotted this in February of last year to make the fib more plausible this summer.  Hollis was obviously lined up to come in that long ago and it was kept secret. Either that or they have hacked the Companies House website and invented this company.

As above, the company was incorporated in Feb 15, and is late submitting its Annual Return so I'd guess there's not much happening there.
