I'm utterly clueless with finance, but the 3 words that leap out at me there are 'recorded a loss'

From RUI KANG....about RUI KANG , note where they are incorporated . Reading about them gives no clues as to why they would  interested in us for anything  other than Financial reasons, but hey! ,maybe their owners are all altruistic closet Villa fans ........................Godzvilla!
