Let's face it the clubs not  really up for sale is it

Just a roose by randy to buy a bit of time and take the pressure of the management structure for a while as it beds in

I don't reckon we will have new owners any time soon (years)

I'd be happy if that is the case; as long as we appoint a good management structure.
I'd prefer a guy who appears to 'get us' own us than some oligarch who see's us a penis extension.

Who knows, a sale may be round the corner. Let's just enjoy the start.

It was 'imminent' six months ago. It's been on the cards ever since.

Do your know something?  lambert said after the match that things were progressing off the pitch (as well as on it) which seemed odd to me.

Things progressing off the pitch probably means we are getting Tonev back in a great big green and white striped parcel.   Jason Statham will be delivering him.  I think comments about him aiming slurs at opponents are well wide of the mark.

I took that as meaning we're all one big happy family.

Indeed I doubt there's anything on the horizon at all.

I wonder how much of the lurch towards football clubs being put up for sale has to do with people with heavy borrowings seeing higher interest rates being a mighty herd of red eyed cows coming across the endless sky and up a cloudy draw.

Eh?

I think the cows aren't the only ones with red-eyes.

I think he meant the new CEO. I am probably projecting but in each interview Lambert seems very enthused about a CEO coming in, to the point where I sense he didn't rate Faulkner as a very good one. Probably just me but he is oddly positive about him.

The red eyed cows are the line which precedes Yippee Ai Ay etc etc and was meant to imply something dreadful thundering over the horizon, i.e. an end to 0.5% interest rates and quantitative easing (printing money).

Wild prediction of the season: We finish inside the top 4. Upon making it through the 2015/16 qualifying rounds for the Champions League, Randy has a change of heart and declares us not for sale and provides us with a £60m war chest to lure the cream of the European crop to B6.

It's gonna happen.
