I'd be happy if that is the case; as long as we appoint a good management structure.

I think he meant the new CEO. I am probably projecting but in each interview Lambert seems very enthused about a CEO coming in, to the point where I sense he didn't rate Faulkner as a very good one. Probably just me but he is oddly positive about him.
