People are questioning why we had the statement last month and then this one today. I do wonder how much certain sites launching with ITK fanfares and then the press reporting these as facts led to last months statement?

What is the TBAR reaction to the above news release?

Akin to the scene in Parenthood when the clown turns up drunk to the party.

Link please (to the pertinent Parenthood scene, not TBAR).

Sorry but the clown doesn't turn up drunk. They send a stripper by mistake. Meanwhile, the clown gets half beaten to death in a bar across town.

The clown turning up drunk scene was in Uncle Buck.

Gabby's comments show that he and his colleagues obviously can't see what the issue is.

This all sounds like the awards night from two years ago, who was the stripper and who was the clown? Collins and Dunne?

does anyone know the rationale behind the reference to the Shunammites? It's been bothering me all day. I thought they were women so I'm perplexed, as Randy is clearly a man.

someone said that Randy had a jewish background, if true he would have grown up with these sort of old testament stories
the shunamite women was a wealthy women who helped out Elisha and did good deeds in her community, she could have been a person of high standing but preferred to 'dwell with her own people'
Randy is basically saying, he's going back from a high profile role, to 'dwell amongst his own' which I would take as meaning his family and friends

but like I say to a man with a jewish background it would make far more sense than to the football fans of B6

nice touch though, in my view

Every time I get steaming drunk on a bus, the driver makes me get off. One law for them, another for the rest of us.

Just found this interview on Youtube with Robert Kraft.

I quite like the cut of his jib and I reckon if he does buy us he'll get what Aston Villa is about.

"In the April 2014 issue of Boston Magazine, journalist Kevin Alexander named the Kraft family as "the Worst Owners in the League" in an article that contrasted the family's sparkling reputation as NFL owners with their alleged lack of interest in MLS and the Revolution."

BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!'

Shock horror, professional footballers have an end of season drink on the team coach.   meh.

As others have pointed out, no problem with them having a drink on the bus on the way home.  Problem arises when one of them puts a picture of them on a public site suggesting a mood of celebration after an abysmal performance at the end of an awful season which has left a lot of fans, disappointed, hurt and angry.

Gabby's comments show that he and his colleagues obviously can't see what the issue is.

What comments??

I thought it was weird. But you are right it makes sense for him.

Clearly his note (and Krulaks messianic visions) were written from the heart and not edited by PR folks.

I honestly do appreciate that.
