I want them both gone because we need new owners to instigate a new regime of investing to succeed as opposed to economizing to limit losses and I want Lambert to go for his own sake. He is the managerial equivalent of Nathan Baker as a player, utterly demorailized and shell shocked. There is a good manager in there somewhere but he needs a good long break and some intelligent friends to talk to. He needs to learn to relax and communicate clearly and freely and I do NOT refer to his accent or his articulation. I refer to the poker he has up his arse.
