That's more accurate than what I said. He wasn't a prospective owner, he was the frontman of a consortium.

he used a word to define how resolute the seriousness of his consortiums bid. It was one of those long words you don't hear every day, maybe onlty in the legal world, that ultimately turned into an egg that they wiped from their face.
