I remember asking for Villa shares for Christmas one year, I was about 11, so it was late 80s. My folks laughed at me and I got a computer instead.

Lost out on a few grand because of that and never forgave them...

Crossing everything that this is true!!!
Let's be honest, the whole cutting of cloth as lack of investment is absolutely standard practice of a business readying itself for a sale

Doug has found some money down the back of the sofa and he's buying us back.  Let the good times roll.

If the takeover roumers are a load of bollocks and it's just a scam to build up awareness of their new site TBAR,
then it's been a master stroke,

He's bringing O Leary with him too, and his training manual on how to perform a bicycle kick correctly.

Having just caught up with seven pages I have realised that we may or may not be taken over very soon and someone may or may not be banned from H&V.But what really jumped out at me was the mention of Arthur Negus and the nostalgic return of the word 'Div'.

Nine pages here and what really jumped out at me was Canada, what is the point? Maybe NATO could do a deal and give it to  Putin in compensation for keeping out of eastern Ukraine, not that I think for one minute Putin would want it.

A bit like traffic going through that football rumours site though. Quickly becomes boring if shown to be complete bollocks. I know which outcome i would bet on if i had anything to bet!

Canada gave us John Candy, so it's alright in my book.

Then again it also gave us Jim Carrey...what's Putin's phone number?

So this time next year our main colours will be yellow and red and possibly our new owner will be locked up for fraud .

Welcome folks to the sordid world of football
