As the suggestion was made earlier about the "b-team" winning at Klanfield, I'll go one further and suggest it's Mourinho trying a bit of cod-psychology. If the second string lose, fine, it was all we expected. If they win, the Mighty Reds (everyone's second favourite team, don'tcha know?) got humbled by ver kids. This undermines their confidence, gets the press talking about how they're going to blow it and gives the advantage to Chelsea.
