Amazing how good we looked in the first 10-15 minutes, and how poor we've been since. When we play the ball short, on the ground, we can be pretty dangerous. Whatever this is we are trying doesn't work, to put it mildly.

story of our season   and these two quick goals we seem to give away

Grant Holt is our worst ever signing. Worse than David Unsworth. I'm not joking.

So where are these two wins gonna come from?
Old Trafford next week - oh dear !!!

thing is we are so unpredictable you just never know. Very few people gave us a prayer last week against a far better team than Man U. Yet this week we've seemingly shit the bed against yet another mid table side. I suppose you could argue Man U are a mid table side. Point is, that we mix in good and shit in equal measure and without the first clue which game will be which.

You can't help thinking we have a small club mentality these days which means we are up for these games in the way a minnow is in the FA Cup

It's been a terrible display. How can we be so criminally inconsistent? This is Stoke without three of their first team.

Question - "Was last weeks performance just "papering over the cracks?"
Overall the home form has been woeful.

Can't Helenius or Tonev make the bench anymore?

I think we can all see the answer to that one.

I kind of agree but then again this is our ninth league loss at home.

That is consistently poor, so that bit is relatively predictable

thing I don't understand is if our tactic is attack from set pieces, why do we have no one capable of taking a decent one?

Can't Helenius or Tonev make the bench anymore?

In theory, what they theoretically offer is what we need. In theory.
