Yes, we are creating chances, but crucially not taking them.

Is that 2 wins in 13?  Very lucky wins as well.  Says it all.

Get used to this garbage as nothing is going to change with Lambo in charge and those clowns on the field.  I think we'll survive, just, but its just a downward spiral at the Villa, and can't see how Lambo could turn it around even with significant funds in the summer.

Can't be that bad?

I wouldn't trust Lambert to turn around at the moment.

On current form and with the fixtures we have left I think 40 points is a very tough ask - we are in trouble.

With Norwich, Stoke, Fulham and Hull to come to VP it should be a doddle. But this is the Villa we're talking about.

Exactly , I though that about sunderland Swansea and palace games at home and we know how they went - have our players got the fight in them to get out this time , last season we hit on the right formula but this season i doubt we will do so.

That's my biggest concern.  The run in last season saw us play most of the games aganst the teams below us away from home where we seem more likely to get a result.  This season those games are at home where we are really struggling.

Not sure i would treat Hull so lightly

We are apparently staggeringly shit. Hull have two points more than us so hardly a side to be shitting it against.

Its alright folks, lambert in his post match conference of easy questions says we'll win more than we lose as we're creating the chances.

Words fail me.

Sometimes when your a multi millionaire for not being very good, you can afford to be so ambivalent about just how shite you actually are

I'd probably add Norwich, Stoke and Fulham to that list.

And with the likes of Benteke,  Wiemann and Holt feasting on those chances I'm sure we'll  be fine.
Oh hang on a minute............. :-[

That's what I meant. Can you imagine the mess he'd make of a three-point turn?

We'll probably lose them all. But win both matches away in Manchester. Tis the Villa way.

The quality of the final ball for them "chances" is the problem though Legion, we haven't got players who have quality, they work hard, they run around, but they don't have quality. How many times did Gabby give the ball away today.Awful.

That's madness - why the hell is he involved in 21 aeriel duels? That's way too many.

That's why I thought but WhoScored say 21.

It could be a mistake on their part, I guess.

I was more alarmed at the large number than sceptical of it. You expect him to get involved in a few whatever the game, in defensive situations and the odd one at their end for whatever reason, but 21 won? Out of how many? It's shocking.
