Once Westwood went off the writing was on the wall. We have barely played well all season let alone for more than 30 minutes in a game. Bennett should've cleared the danger not once but twice..but why was he on? And if we're playing for 0 0 in the last 5 mins the forwards have got to hold on to the ball.

I hope everybody from Lerner down to the gardeners at the allotment get sacked.

Lerner owns the club. Who's going to sack him?

Liverpool fans campaigned against unpopular American owners and help achieve a change of owner.  Although it grieves me to say it, the Doug tenure proves that Villa fans haven't got what it takes to sustain a similar 'Randy Out' campaign.

A fifteen minute spell in the first half where we looked okay-ish does not constitute good football. Buck stops with Lerner and it's getting seriously hard to justify Lambert remaining Villa boss.

Yet another inquest.
You have missed out the word 'hysterical'.

12-1 on us to drop looks attractive.

Got us at 30/1 a couple of months back. Looks great value now. We don't look like scoring at all at the moment. Could have snuck an undeserved win late on but all three of our forwards fucked up various counter attacks.

Newcastle were awful but deserved it. Westwood going off was key for us. Vlaar's individual mistakes eventually cost us. On his arse all game today. He had a nightmare today. Baker and Guzan were solid. Westwood was very good. Not sure who the worst of the rest was, probably Sylla but he had plenty of competition.

I think only Guzan at the moment is prem quality , this is worrying.

He certainly seems to be the only one who can go through an entire game without making a number of basic errors.  Completely went to pot when Westwood went off and even when we looked OK in the first half, we still lacked any real quality in the final third.  Really, really poor stuff.

Too many big time charlies at the club who know that there is no way they'll get dropped.
Benteke and Wiemann are the worst of this ilk by a country mile.

Dear Randy,

Please sack this management team now and get a football person to help you get somebody in who will galvanize us short term.

Long-term, start the process of either finding a buyer or a manager who genuinely can take us forward with limited resources. We are heading for relegation within a season or two if you do not shake yourself and the club our of the paralysis that has been choking it for the past three years. If we do drop, your investment to this point is for nothing and you will have presided over one of the biggest cock-ups in British football.

I can't defend Lambert any longer, he's a really poor manager, who has assembled a really poor side.  There's only one direction we're heading and that is down, such a shame for a great football club.  Fuck sake!!!!!!

Two awful substitutions, the first cost us the win the second the draw.

Good for a decent amount of that game. Then took off Westwood who was bossing things, for Sylla who looks like an absolute clodder. Then take off Bertrand who helps our defence look solid and then concede from a mistake by his replacement. Lambert needs to learn from that one.

Any other team in the league would have won there today.

Our so called attacking threat was non-existent or not interested.

We have no real quality & are again intent on committing suicide week after week.

We deserve to get relegated but we will probably scape through, again.

Lambert's new contract why????
