I see Geraint doesn't just fall off his bike at a moments notice, but also tries to test aero garments in the opening TT by wearing his Gilet over his skin suit.

Great finish to yesterday's stage, 3 riders all within a tyre's width of each other on the line, goodbye Denmark and hello France.

I do like Cosmo's take on racing sometimes. Here is his stages 1-3 breakdown.

It does help when you can go invisible to the rest of the riders though.

Check out the sprint reaction afterwards to see proof of this power.

It wasn’t as if WvA was that far ahead, so I don’t understand why Phillpsen thought he’d won

He’s auctioned the gilet off for charity.

If he gets it back at the end of the Tour that is.

Cobbles at TDF today! Has to be a stage for MVDP to step up?

Not his day, dropped, punctured and in no form at all. Good day for Pogacar.

Have to admire Cort’s social distancing technique of never riding in the peleton to catch anything.  Jumbo had a mad day, Kruswijk running across the front of the speeding group was a oooh moment! Think that’s the most tension seen on Pog’s face as well.

Disappointed that I actually made a prediction!

Really enjoying this year's TdF, there have been some very exciting stages already and I'm hoping all hell breaks loose in the mountains !

Head says Pogacar to win, heart wants Thomas, but Wout may trump them both. It's a shame Sagan doesn't appear to be in top form.

Millar reckons that Wout has no chance of winning the TdF -not enough power for the mountains.
