Middlesex haven't started that well against Somerset, only 1 bowling point and Somerset 389/6 at Lunch.
If Middlesex lose this, they could have a showdown match against Lancashire to see who stays up (Lancashire would have to win).

Hants, the only team that can prevent Worcs finishing top of the table, are not doing too well v Kent

It comes as no great surprise but Varun Chopra has been appointed captain to replace the retiring Jim Troughton
www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/cricket/29222862
Notts are 114-2 34.2 overs replying to Sussex 391

Any advantage Middx had over Lancs with their game in hand they are doing their best to destroy.
Somerset declared on their tea time score 523-9 and middx have had a disaster currently 13-4.
Robson, Rogers, Denly and Malan all gone cheaply.
Also the Cricket Champions league started a couple of days ago being covered by Eurosport and in the
current match Mumbai Indians in danger of not qualifying for the group stages ....45-4 10 overs v NZ's Northern Districts.
Scott Styris taking 3 wkts so far.

Not sure who I'd want to win out of Middlesex and Lancashire, Lancashire are probably more of a threat as Middlesex always seem to be run of the mill, but Middlesex are probably supported by lots of Tottenham fans....

Wondering when Sussex will declare against Notts, they have a 300+ lead now and 5 wickets remaining on the final day. Think they can still finish above Notts with a win too.

Notts 10-0 at Lunch require a further 375 in two sessions....if they do that then fair play to 'em.

I think second place is pretty much ours now, a draw isn't enough for Notts.

Durham can still finish above us if they beat us convincingly next week.
Sussex too, if they can take the last 5 Notts wickets in the next 90 minutes.
