Think back to the end of last season, when the Stripeys lost to every bottom of the league club they played then turned in to Barcelona on the last day. There will always be a suspicion about that - would you want us dragged down to that level?

If it meant seeing Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool or Spurs or even better, any combination of three out of that four, get relegated and we were safe, I'd be very very tempted. Then again, pigs might fly...

Hopefully the 4 points we took off them from losing positions this season will be an adequate contribution on our part to Albion's impressive effort to get relegated this season. If they end this season like they did last they've had it. (Crosses fingers.)

He should do, he just elbowed the Swansea player on the back of the head, the little snide.

The FA's statement read: "Cardiff City’s Craig Bellamy has been charged by The FA for violent conduct following an incident which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video.

"The incident occurred during Cardiff’s game against Swansea City on Saturday 8 February 2014. Bellamy has until 6pm on Tuesday 11 February 2014 to respond to the charge."

Does this mean if he pleads innocent he can play tomorrow ?

2-0, goals from Bellamy and Whittingham. Chants of you dont know what you're doing and the beginning of the end for Lambo

Would you take that if it meant getting rid of the incompetent idiot?! You dread to think who the equally incompetent Faulkner might appoint instead. Is Tony Mowbray doing anything these days?

Anyone who thinks that can fuck off and support somebody else.

I think a lot of people are tempted to do the first Dave but not the second

Anyone who wants us to lose can do whatever they like.
What if us losing meant West Brom or Birmingham getting relegated?

I wouldn't want to lose before the game started. If we lost and they went down, well it would be their fault for being so shit during the previous 38 games.

I never want us to lose. I'd definitely never hope we'd lose just so that our friends down the road got relegated. We're bigger and better than that.

Correct Eastie. If Cardiff contest the charge he will play tomorrow. They have an FA cup game and Hull in the three he would miss so I guess it depends on whether they think he can help deliver 6 key league points

I never want us to lose, but i would respect the feelings of another fan at their wits end with a manager or regime who felt that one more defeat might be a catalyst for positive change.

Just to clarify, I wouldn't want us to lose a game either.
It is a shame however one of the few bright spots this season is actually laughing at Man Utd as opposed to what we're actually doing on the pitch.

With Vlaar and Bertrand doubtful, the spectre of our back four from Hell is looming larger. Cardiff are a poor side but I can see Lowton, Clark, Baker and Bennett making them look like the Brazil of The Valleys.

Knowing Villa, they will make Kenwyne, Bellamy and Ole look great, when every other team would just grind their noses in to the dust.

Maybe Lambo will go 532 as the back 4 we all dread would not be up to it. But that would mean starting with Marc on the bench...

Guzan-Bacuna, Lowton, Clark, Baker, Bennett-KEA, Delph, Westwood-Gabby, Benteke. Eek!
