It is absolutely staggering given what's at stake that he still has a job.

I've voted to get him gone every time this poll has been run. No positive results convince me he's anything but a failure, and I would have voted to sack him if we'd have won 5-0 today. He's sodding, bloody, cowing useless.

That's me as well

The stats don't lie (and are getting worse each week). If Randy doesn't act now then I fear the inevitable will happen.

This sort of shocking run is just so common in his reign. What's that a 6 game losing run and now 7 games without a win this season. Unbelievable.

What we should really do is not give a shit.

Just like the owner doesn't if he thinks this is acceptable.

The sad thing for me about today is, before kick-off Randy Lerner would know that we wouldn't win, would be totally immune to it solely for the fact of his disinterest and also knowing he would do nothing about it because he doesn't have to.

We need people who care. Little, Taylor, Gregory, Atkinson etc were all people with an affinity with the club. Now we've got people who are just here for a job.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Lerner didn't even know we were playing today.

It wouldn't surprise me if Lerner was having such a good time with the shunamites he didn't even realise it was a Saturday.

I recall collymore reckoning Pulis was 'sounded out' by the club during our last and recent horror run. I cling to the faint hope that other replacements are also being sounded out. I think this week is the last chance to make a managerial change if we have any desire as a club to survive. Lerner can't be that much of a risk tacker can he? When we go down the losses he will make will be substantial.
Don't get the line of thinking that just because Lambert has a long contract he won't be sacked. How much is he on per year? Paying him off is only like losing money on a crap player purchase and we do plenty of that.
Come on Lerner, give us the one thing that we all need as fans, hope! It might not work but to just do nothing is unbelievable.

Under another regime, Lambert has done so many things to warrant a walk around Doug's rose garden, there would now be a groove worn in a Little Aston lawn.

I wonder if Doug has sent Randy a text recently... 'You can sack him you know....'

More importantly, we need people that know their arse from their elbow. One thing I'm totally convinced about, is that Lambert is holding this team back. We're not a half as bad as he makes us. He's completely lost and somebody needs to put him out of his agony.
