Time must be up now. We've played Palace, Leicester, Sunderland and Swansea and got 2 points and no goals. Completely unacceptable and he has to be sacked.

How did the away support react at the end?

2 points out of 9 against Sunderland,  Palace at home and Leicester away, no goals scored! Enough is enough. Lambert go now.

Ordinarily I'd be urging caution about sacking a manager during the transfer window, but in truth, we've got a background team that could still work on transfers without the manager. I'm not sure the chances of signing someone would be greatly altered with or without sacking him, given how the state we're in at the moment.

I must be in a coma, I must be in a coma

Or in the words of Axl Rose

"Hey you caught me in a coma
And I don't think I wanna
Ever come back to this...world again
Kinda like it in a coma
'Cause no one's ever gonna
Oh, make me come back to this...
world again
Now I feel as if I'm floating away
I can't feel all the pressure
And I like it this way"

Which finishes off with

"When all I needed was clarity
And someone to tell me
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON
GODDAMN IT"

He's going to go, I can feel it. Today felt like the end.

I said that after Bradfor, Sheffield and Millwall.  He's still here like a big shining turd.

I don't know what else he has to do to get the sack.  Sometimes I yearn for an owner with Doug's ability to read the runes and get shut.

agreed, but pointless saying that if you don't suggest a replacement

When was the last time we reset the poll? 89.3% seems overly generous to him.

I don't believe anyone could do a worse job. That's not to say I want us just getting anyone, but there will definitely be better options out there.
