It might be worth having a thread to suggest who should take the job. Not bringing Pulis in when we could have could mean finishing in the bottom 3. Now we need to figure out who else is around who could keep us up.

This is the first that i've felt that he could be a goner.
And me, this time tomorrow he's a gonner.

I even think we would perform better without a manager at the moment.

It's hard to see how a man made out of plasticine could do worse than scoring 1 in 4.

He won't be sacked, but he must be.

Or 1 in 6, which is our current rate.

Reset the poll now as I was to see if there is still 10% of voters who still think he should be manager.  If there's 0.1% I'd be amazed.

He's going to go, I can feel it. Today felt like the end.

agreed, but pointless saying that if you don't suggest a replacement

I don't believe anyone could do a worse job. That's not to say I want us just getting anyone, but there will definitely be better options out there.

I posted 15 managers last week, loads available and we'd struggle to get worse than Lambert. Well most chairman would...

There is no excuse not to sack him now.

The only real reason that Lambert still has a job - other than doing whatever Lerner tells him to do - is because his 'break and hope' style does well against famous teams. The fact that he does so badly against the normal teams in the division is obscured by his occasional good result against someone Sky love.

He tried youth - it didn't work.
He's tried experience - it didn't work.
He tried long ball - it didn't work
He tried a passing game - it didn't work.

Time to leave now, Paul.

Its obvious things are not going to improve as we are. For that reason he has to go.

Yep. Through all these experiments, as we've lurched between extremes, there's only been one common denominator.
