Acquired?

You really think Randy saw a penny of that money?
Yes

Have you ever looked at a set of Reform Aquisitions Limited accounts?

Yes

In that case please tell us how, because every year the accounts say different.
What were the management / interest charges ?

If Randy had earned those numbers he would be ecstatic, comparing to how much he has actually spent/invested or lost?

Presumably the charges made by management.

If there's one thing Lerner certainly hasn't done, and that's made any money out of Villa at all.  Quite the opposite in fact, and he'd probably have had more fun just tipping loads of used tenners onto a bonfire.  Come to think of it, so would we.

Not yet. But this season he may be up and any sale may ultimately turn a profit

You have got to be joking.

If Randy gets a sale at a sensible price, he is going to leave having burned a huge pile of cash.

I think he's absolutely fucking clueless, and I resent his mental disengagement as much as the next man, but anyone who thinks he is actually going to turn a profit on his football adventure is absolutely fucking nuts.

And that's one thing we have documented evidence on.

He's got years and years of accumulated losses to make back.  Even if we turn a small profit this year, it'll be a drop in the ocean.  And even if he does find a buyer, as things stand he'd be lucky to break even at the end of it.

I'd be more worried about Lerner calling in money owed by the club if anything (if I'm understanding the financial side of things correctly)

The only people who are up out of football are the players and their agents. When Randy is long gone he'll have a great big hole in his bank account to show for his time owning the Villa.

What difference does it being a private company make?

It is a limited company and therefore its accounts are in the public realm.
