No, that wasn't what I meant. Caster Troy keeps quoting me, so I assume he thinks I have been replying to him on this page, when I haven't. I was making that clear. I have no issue with anybody talking to me about anything on here.

Would you prefer chopsticks for hands or rollerskates for feet?

That said his tactics and style of football over the last 3.5 years have been quite awful.
I'd say that it's very unfair to blame him for the first of the years in your timeline above.

Well even if you forgive him the first year the next 2.5 are his and his alone, and pretty dreadful it's been as well.

I think it is more that he hasn't been here 3.5 years rather than forgiving him his first year.

Would you prefer to be attacked by 1 horse sized duck, or 50 duck sized horses?

It feels like he's been here forever.

Your attitude suggests you would sooner burn the road map than take a look at it.

I don't think I have much of an attitude. I've seen this manager go from one calamity to the next and for him to dramatically change direction (he's admitted this) I find hard to have any faith.

A couple of home wins against Sunderland and Palace and things will maybe looking up for Lambert and the fans will go into the new year feeling optimistic (even a win and a draw). Anything other than that and he can forget it.

Got to be six points, no excuses. Neither team are playing well and both are beatable.

We're at Villa Park. Four points at the very best.

I suspect we may have to settle for between 2 and 4.
