I want him gone unless he does well in the FA cup.

What if we lose to Blackpool but go on a stunning run and finish 4th?
Fourth is not silverware. He owes ME a cup! I will take 4th from bottom if we win the FA cup.

Ah but you said "do well" which depends on definition. QF or SF could be do well. Which isn't silverware either. *winky*

I'm that desperate to see us win the FA Cup I'd take 4th bottom in the Conference if that was the trade off.

All of us of a certain age (i.e. old) need the FA Cup to complete the collection. I've given up hoping we win it again.

They won't be easy to win, but i'd definitely class them as 'winnable' games. Which knowing us probably means we'll get a good shoeing in both games.
The phrase "very winnable" suggests we go into the game as favourites. Which I doubt we will on either game.
Swansea with the bookies are firm favourites for Friday for example.

Not everyone applies the same criteria to the term 'winnable games'. Swansea will be favourites but its not the sort of game where you would totally write us off. I think it will be difficult but I think we can win it too which makes it winnable i.e. its realistic.

Last 6 form has us with 9 points. Swansea with 7.

The term was "very" winnable.
It clearly isn't "very" winnable .

It's encouraging but it needs to be sustained. His long term record remains shockingly bad.

Why is the game not 'very winnable'?
